Dunny: The Weight of a Man

Dunny is a  dreamy, but very sad short film by Philip Van, which was a Grand Jury Finalist at the 2007 Raindance Film Festival.  The film tells the story of an over-weight and bullied boy, who nonetheless is resolute in his courtship of a popular girl.  It pulls no punches as Dunny attempts to give the girl a note expressing his feelings and is surprisingly invited over for dinner by her mom, which leads to even more embarrassment.
