From Little Tuffy of Chicago: A Very Happy Holiday Season to All!

About 2 years ago, an acquaintance showed up at my door with a tiny ball of fur, an eight week-old brown poodle that he’d bought at an outdoor flea market in downstate Illinois. A little pup who had probably been raised abusively in a terrible puppy mill. Although I had no intentions of ever having a pet in my northside Chicago apartment, I relented and took little Tuffy into my home, and soon thereafter into my heart. Needless to say, Tuffy has brought endless joy to this quietly retired senior citizen.

Joyeux Noël is a delightful, humorously cheerful one-minute animated short film. It was created by the people from the Barcelonian motion graphics house United Fakes, who would like to wish all of you a very happy holiday season!

Christmas in New York City is a beautiful three-minute holiday short film by the young Seattle filmmaker Matthew Brown.  The film presents amazing imagery of the city and really captures some of the best moments of New York City during the Christmas season.

The Wonderful Star Wars Christmas Special

The Star Wars Christmas Special is a new holiday short film directed and produced by Nick Murphy and Paul Ritchey at Gamervision.   Since the notoriously bad Star Wars Holiday Special is so difficult to find, Gamervision decided to make a holiday version of their own, using original scenes from the film with new dialogue, voice overs, fancy editing and much more.  It’s definitely the best holiday movie in the whole galaxy!

Five Shots of Scrooge’s Anti-Christmas Bah, Humbug!

This is a group of five nine-second animated short films on the topic of Christmas that was created by Treat Studios, a London-based collective of young animators.  The general theme of the animated shorts was to surprise people with something really Anti-Christmas, and to transform something boring into something amazing.  The films are really fun to watch and will surely provide you with much merriment!
