Hamburger Eyes: A Documentary on San Francisco’s “Lifestyle” Photography
Hamburger Eyes is a 4-min. short documentary by Nick Fogarty about the photographers that put together the black and white photo-zine Hamburger Eyes. The zine is centered on a collective of photographers living in San Francisco; it represents a movement that’s come to be known as “Lifestyle” photography, meaning that both the photographers and subject matter seem to be in their natural environment. The documentary captures images in a brilliant way. It’s very unique and certainly not your ordinary, boring photography.
